Short highlight of this tour

this 7 days trekking you will see many local tribes as: KMU, HMONG and LAO tribes in the rural area, learning how to grow rice on the field, enjoy with picnic lunch, share dinner & drinks with local family and stay over night with then at home stay.

In Laos there are 3 main tribes as: upland called: HMONG tribe, middleland KMU and lowland called: LAO tribe

Day 1: 8:30 LUANGPRABANG - LAO village

Activities: 5 hours trekking, visit 2 villages as: LAO and KMU village

• our tour guide will meet and pick you up from your hotel then transfer by minivan 1 hour to the trekking starting point
• 10:00-13:00 arrival LAO village and spending time here for preparing our trip visit this village and start trekking to jungle forwarding 1 hour walk to visit KMU village.
• 1:30 enjoy our picnic lunch at the forest, under the big tree where is asmosphere area, then 1 and half hour passing some tribes as: LAO and HMONG villages to over night at LAO village, this LAO village has round 25 families and we will join our dinner and BACI ceremony with these families and over night here

Day 2: 9:00 break fast at local village - HMONG village

Activities: 4 hours trekking, 2 hours learning how to grow rice in Laos

• 10:00 - 13:00 start walking through dry rice soy, wet soy, passing 3 villages(spending 1 - 2 hours to help people to grow rice) picnic lunch here
• 14:00 spending time for swimming at the beautiful wate fall and then stay over night at  HMONG home stay.

Day3: 9:00 break fast at HMONG home stay - HMU village

Activities: 3 and half hours walking, 1 LAO and 2 KMU villages

• 10:00 - 12:00 start trekking on mountainous road, passing deep jungle, 2 villages LAO and KMU tribes, then relax for lunch at the rice field's house
• meet local children at KMU village, take time to do some activity with them as: playing football...then 1 and half hour walk to stay over night at KMU village's family.

Day 4: 9:00am break at KMU home stay - LAO village

Activities: 3 hours walking and 2-3 hours farming

• 10:00 -12:00 start with looking and learning local rice field, we spending 2-3 hours to learn and help local people to grow thier rice field then enjoin our picnic lunch with them.
• 14:16:30 we just say goodbye to local farmers and start walking to our next destintion, we will pass the mix village as: KMU and HMONG tribe after this we will reach LAO village and enjoin our dinner and stay over night with LAO family here.

Day 5: 9:00 AM break fast at LAO family-HMONG village

Activities: 5hours walking, 2 KMU village and 1 LAO village

• 9:30 AM this day 4, we will visit 2 KMU villages and 1 Lao village,spending time to meet local people, passing 2 high mountains and 1 white small river.
• This day is alittle bit long walking because we need to go and stay over night at HMONG village

• Share dinner and drinks with local people here

Day 6: 9:00 AM breakfast at HMONG family-HMONG village

Activities: 3 hours walking and 2 hours cruise on white river.

• 9:30 AM today we will start walk from HMONG village passing KMU village, break here and spending time to meet KMU people and enjoy our lunch at KMU village
• 14:00 reach Lao village,where we will catch the long tail boat cruise down NAMNGA River(white water) 2 hours forwarding to HMONG village and stay over night here.

Day 7: 9:00AM breakfast HMONG family-LUANGPRABANG

Activities: 4 hours walking and 2 hours drive back to LUANGPRABANG city

• 9:30 AM the last day we will see 4 villages on the way walking, with first Lao village,HMONG village( break and enjoy our picnic lunch here)
• 13:00 visit KMU village, then 14:30 arrival Lao village, this is the last village where we will visit, and then minivan will pick us up at this village.
• We say good bye to local people here at 3:00 PM driving by air-con minivan with 2 hours and arrival LUANGPRABANG cityby 5:00 then transfer to your hotel.
• Ending our 7 days and 6 nights real jungle trekking, say thank you to our friendly tour guide.
